  Carl "Swede" Williamson, 60, owner and operator of Swede's Bar in Deer Lodge, died Monday in a Butte hospital. He was born in Nov. 20, 1919, in Anaconda where he received his schooling. He was an all-state football player at Anaconda High School. During World War II he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served overseas. Following his discharge in 1945, he moved to Deer Lodge where he owned and operated the Cotton Club. He married Toni Reuterdahl Jan. 30, 1947, in Helena. In 1953, they moved from Deer Lodge to Garrison, where Mr. Williamson owned and operated the Old Faithful Inn. In 1967, they moved back to Deer is survived by his wife Toni, Deer Lodge; two sons, Dave and his wife, Diana, Deer Lodge; and Kirk, Deer Lodge; two daughters and sons-in-law, Carla and Rick Smith, Clancy; and Lynn and Jim McNutt, Henderson, Nev.; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Beck Funeral Home in Deer Lodge, with the Rev. Bill Wohlers officiating. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Deer Lodge
